Does the weather affect in-game aircraft flights?
My 1944's experience tells me that even with sever weather conditions (heavy fog, heavy rain, clouds overcast, wind speed 15)... WWII planes such catalina and others still fly and attack your sub with an excellent precision strike (what made me think that probably the amaricans had laser guided bombs since 1944 ).

So watchout and keep your men ready for a crash-dive as soon as one unidentified signal is aproaching... 99% of the times its a plane... specially from 1944
