hey, I activated the FSF mod that came with MEP 4.2 ,and when I move the map too far east (to about Stalingrad) the game crashes! whats the problem?

mod list

Thompson's sound mod
GWX playable type viic/41
MEP 4.2
visualsensors for GWX3
optional shipvanishing hull
optional FSF

sorry if the question is hard to interpret, but its the only I could phrase it.
