I've noticed this recently, too. I'm running IUB 1.03 + 1.1 Patch and SH3 Cmdr. I have also tweaked the TC to a max of 2048x (as I'm currently in a LONG IXD2 patrol...
)
I'll try it w/ 1024x TC max and see if that makes a difference.
Anyone else have any ideas?
