Oh, don't get me wrong, I do enjoy the Daleks and Cybermen as a villain...buuut, Moffat has shown he's not that brilliant at writing for them. The last decent Dalek episode was the 'Stolen Earth/Journey's End' pair, and the last decent Cybermen episode was 'Nightmare in Silver', neither of which were made by Moffat.
