If you have already installed both you should be ok. As I said SH3 Commander is not a mod but an external tool. It should appear on your desktop as a shortcut once you have installed it. Click on it to open. In the lower left corner you will see a
'?' icon. Click on this to see the user guide. You will then use SH3 Commander to launch Sh3 with the Grey Wolves mod.
