Surprise found a new home at the Maritime Museum of San Diego in 2004. A popular shoreside attraction, the ship now joins our collection of ships along with the Star of India and Californian.

So If you're serious about meeting up for a day or two. When would be a good time? I'm kicking around the idea of going in February. The weather should be nice there. Taking front end of the week of works best for me (Sun-tues or wed).
Nothing fancy really, go see some ships, have a nice dinner/lunch. Tell stories about past subsim meets, tell tall tales of Jim or Tarjak. Mainly BS most of the time.
