The name's Jared but I go by Godit, the callsign I "earned" in the Air Force as a Navigator. I live on the east coast and am no longer active duty but still very connected to the military.
I played SH3 - GWX for a while years ago and for some reason feel the urge to get back into the SubSim world.
I enjoy the challenge of high realism and particularly like the immersion that comes with using real world tools to use for in game solutions. For example I made my own whizz wheel for SH3 that was based on the EA-6B flight computer I learned to use in the Air Force.
Currently I'm looking for a good printable maneuvering board to use with SH5. I think the in game map tools are great, but putting pencil to paper for me is even better.
I've never done any multiplayer but I'm very curious how that feels and would love to give it a try sometime.
See you out in the big blue!
