anyone has a hint how to fix this?

i saw them firing the machine guns for one time, so it´s maybe fixable.
perhaps its some kind of traverstal/elevation tolerance problem...
I´ve had that idea after reading some postings by Cdre Gibs and Der Teddy Bar about the uboats guns.
