1,what about soultion for the level of DDs
there is no solution for DDs in the way you describe in your first post. (not that I know of anyway) I am unaware of any mods that claim to fix IUB DD cos in many circumstances many think it is not broken.
2. I am not upto date with recent files that can effect DD behaviour neither would I know what IUB files could be reverted back to stock sh3 to get original behaviour. Someone else will have to update you on this.
3. W.clear has showed the link to the tools but I suggest some background work before making dramatic changes.
one thread to search, is called
DD getting rid of pin point drops. This is about 200 posts long and after a much concentrated effort by all parties no complete solution was discovered but a great learning experience can be gained from it and I think CB created something from it.
I hope this helps clarrify some points
