No, thank you! But I just redownloaded and the file I get is still 'sobers TDWUserOptions for mega mod +Menu SH5 V11.7z'. Just a mistyped file name perhaps?

As I understand it TheDarkWraith's Generic Patcher does not work with the steam version, and some of the mods depend on the Patcher to work. I don't think the no footstep mod is one of those, it should work fine.
Note there is a possible solution to using the Patcher with the Steam version here:
