It's only a sound mod, so I don't see why it wouldn't be compatible. It may overwrite some of the TMO sounds, so compare the sound files from each, and see which ones you prefer. I use RFB, but I add some different sounds from different mods, including the Pacific Sounds Mod. Just back up the original sounds from TMO first!
