I think he was just asking you if you felt if there was a need for one and not saying it just because this thread was being all in Russian and he was not saying it was a problem, although im sure non-russian speaking members couldn't follow along or try to help unless they had an idea of what was being discussed so adding English translations was a nice thing to do
