So there is no way to get the steam version to run properly unless it is vanilla version? Are there no steam compatible mods? I am insterested in OLC an ACM in particular.
I've considered buying a disk version, but from what I've read I understand that Win8 might be a problem. Buying another version of the game I can live with, having to buy another PC and running it with XP just so that I can play one game I can not.
