you can edit every soundfile yourself with the windows recorder... just open a *.wav file and change the volume to your taste.
but,
at my system i can hear the engines while standing on the brigde...quietly, but they are there. that was the goal. its not realistic that your ears get hammered if youre standing on the brigde...
with the clock, i agree, its way too loud and very disturbing. i found a few "sound bugs", i think they will be fixed with the next update...
