Well,
Now I've tried Two re-installs (one full) and I am having the same issue. I also tried rolling back the UI and Patcher.
If I could think of anything I've done that would affect the Radio messages...I might have a clue. The last time I ever had radio messages wiped like this were after CTD's.
Since this seems like a dead issue, I will not comment on this post any longer unless someone has a suggestion. Otherwise, the silence is deafening.
