I believe I got it from Maik's serious mod archive (
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=171019). For best results I recommend using FileZilla to connect and DL the mods you'd like.
Just look for a folder called H.sie in there and then DL the following mod:
ACM GUI Reloaded - h.sie's Edition V1.15
It comes with several optional mods packaged within along with a readme that explains it all.
