I think I may have found it. I am saddened that so many viewed and no answer to the question, not even a "Hey, I have had no problems with the tecnique" kinda post. I was really surprised.

Any how, I also found out how to work the alarm clock (a very needed add on for the sim). I have so far sunk 3 ships and have done it all with Real nav. Really really challenging.
