Hey guys!

A little luxury problem:
I'm in late 1942 and have developed a super crew.
All officers + petty officers are fully qualified and promoted, and have all medals available.
And now half of the sailors have at least gold crosses,
so now I never use the sailors in the stern quarters.

So what do you do?
Do you dismiss some of them?
Or is it wise to keep them?
