Oh, she's running alright. There's a whole "Ready for Hillary" PAC already raising money for her. One theory I heard (which I don't buy) is that Bill will do something to sabotage her campaign because he secretly doesn't want her to be president. (some psychodrama theory about how he doesn't want her legacy to eclipse his). However, I don't foresee Hillary having Bill's intern issues.

So:
1) Will she run? Almost certainly yes; barring something really big (serious undisclosed medical issues).
2) If she funds, will she win the primary? Again, almost certainly yes. If she runs, there will be no opposition within the party. No Dem is going to challenge her.
3) If she wins the nomination will she win the election? Strange as it may seem, probably. With Chris Christie on the ropes politically, the Republican field is a bit weak. They have to find something other than Benghazi to attack her with. So far, that one has played well only to the Republican base.

Nothing has really changed in the polls over the last year or so.

Now, should Jeb Bush run and win the GOP nomination that would be weird, especially to the ears. Clinton versus Bush. Like a time warp to 1992.
