I just made a 1sec recording in windose sound recorder, that saves as wma
Used vlc to convert to ogg, got lucky 2nd try and got minute file size lol
Be quicker if you do it
Files in data/sound/speech/navigator/normal whisper and tension folders, file called MC_CR_NAV_09
(off topic, my darn gpu bios needs flashing with more voltage grrrrrrr) keep ctd'ing posting tonight
