North of Scapa Flow. I am tracking a C2 Merchant. Heavy fog and precipitation. Can't get range for torpedoes as minimum range is out side of visibility. Can't engage with deck gun because of heavy seas.

*sigh* my first real target and I can't engage. Argh!!!!!!
