The tutorial within SH5 is set in the Baltic and you must fire a few torps to pass it.
This tutorial can be skipped as explained by others.
The mod OHII starts the campaign in Memel where you must aid the start of the war against Poland - then you are based in kiel
If yuo want to skip this start - all you need do is dock and start patrol 2 times.
