You have answered the question so, before making any changes.
Download a fresh 7-4-2.
Unzip it
Go the mods folder showing
Go to folder 3
Open it
You should see
The Data Folder
A Document Folder
11 Application files.
It is because you are missing these 11 files that you have the problem.
Maybe you previous download was corrupted.
