If it is a 'cannibal fish', it eats its own kind. I doubt it. I also doubt it bites humans (I would sure like biting dolphins taking revenge on japanese 'fishers', slaughtering them every year, in that special bay of theirs).
Aapart from that this one's from the depths, and it surely was sick by the low water density and pressure.
And it was probably underwhelmed by the enlightenment of the land-living species:
