Finished patrol #4. U-14 IIA, Flotilla Weddigen, Nov.1939: Five torpedoes, Five misses
Used the G7e for the first time.....missed both times...was historical and used the "faulty" magnetic pistol. Oh well....
The usually reliable G7a also let me down this patrol: Fired a doubleshot at a C2, at 2000m... a pretty easy shot, both missed....was totally amazed.
Now I know the frustration the U-boat men went through early in the war....
I have SHIII commander. Went to the Nightclub after to drown my sorrows...the first thing said: "Bloody faulty torpedo detenators"
