Honestly the whole resume thing is BS.The whole idea is pretty much to lie about your entire life. You list all of your experience and put a good spin on any lousy bits.

I mean it really is utter nonsense.Besides to prove that you follow instructions which I guess is the ultimate point I you are too lazy to write a good resume you are probably also too lazy to work as well. Of course I have read resumes that where full of hot air but had no obvious lies.

The first job where I really proved my worth was in the Air Force after all of the training was done and I had to face the music on my own really prove my worth or prove that I should one of the shlubs in the shop handing out tools.People can and did fail hard in my career field and made serious mistakes. The thing with many jobs is a person can really be pretty crappy and get away with it or they coast and get away with it.Pretty much it is one way or the other its seems.I am always suspicious of any person who proclaims that they are a hard worker actions speak louder than words.Same goes for the type that never make mistakes yeah that they got caught making. It takes a really honest person to admit a mistake or better yet make a mistake that no one could possibly know about(who made it) and still admit to it.

I think the best and most realistic job interview would be checking the persons background and then toss them to the wolves see how they really work.

Kind of like the training that a person must go through to join an elite unit one of the places where everyone present actually can cut the mustard.
