- German crew told that the batteries are fully empty. The "new" crew dived and went on full speed for 10 or more minutes - where does the power come from?
- The "new" crew is able to launch a torpedo submerged and it hits the target. Could be luck, but a torpedotubesystem isnīt as easy to handle as a coffee maschine - even for a crew trained on other subs.
- Later in the movie they fight against a destroyer. This ship is built up on a hull from a (harbour) tug.
In my opinion the movie shows a false picture: germans are silly/stupid and unable to do everything and US-guys can do everything and win. Not all germans are silly, stupid and bad and this is also right for all other nations. There always good guys and bad guys in every nation.
Edit: I have seen the movie later with some guy of my crew at DVD (and got angry about the mistakes inside).

Unfortunately this is a pretty common occurrence in film making over here. Americans are always portrayed as superior as compared to Germans, Russians, or even Canadians. Believe me when I say I feel your pain brother. Ever watched Crimson Tide?
