I never touched stock SHIII, been running with GWX 3.0 since day 1, but I've had no shortage of contacts, just broke 20k tonnage on patrol 4 with a Type IIa, but you have to make sure you're in the right area (just had a dry spell of almost 2 weeks without a hostile target, but I was in a bad part of the Nordsee. Gave up and moved back to my normal hunting grounds and put down 2 merchants in 3 days). Plenty of British task force sightings, but no tasty convoys as of yet, which is getting me down, looks like I'll be in Brest before taking on a convoy.
