Well, the good thing about there being no subs is, you don't need to be afraid someone is sneakin up on you while taking your cargo ship for a ride!
But the developers claimed, there 'll be subsurface stuff in the next release. That'll be ShipSimulator2007, to be released in Q4 2006.
