Sober says if your mods are enabled then you should see the 'Snorkel' in the 'Submarine Tab.'
If you still cannot see it then my only suggestion is to use a fresh TDW NEWUI and see if that makes a difference.
Although the mod is correctly enabled it does not mean that it is corruption free.

OK, thanks again for the answers . As I told you , I don t have the Submarine tab , but I will leave it like that . It is no big deal for me at this moment .
Another question that I have is if I send a contact report or missions report , I give up my position to the other ships ,and if yes , from what range am I safe to send messages?
