Side note:
One thing I'm not sure about is the Radar fix, for some reason I can't detect anything on it. Only after I hear a vessel via Hydro's (which is well inside radar's range) and send bearing to TDC I pick it up on A-scope and PPI.
Been testing it inside harbors and nothing is showing up on it, I've seen atleast 4 docked merchants.
