The mod constantly runs random lines from the movie everytime when you are inside (not on bridge) of your u-boot. It's more or less like background noise (if you wanna call it like that). It's certainly
not a verbal reaction to your commands.
For example, I find it distracting when they (a randomly added line from the movie) suddenly report a sighted ship or when one crew man asked another why we were diving....
