I never got SH3 to run properly on my mac with parallels or any other VM. Just broke down and boot-camped the thing now Mac is my work partition and windows is my play partition
I really would recommend boot camping and if you have an intermediate level of computer skill I recommend the use of rEFInd to make transitioning from each OS seamless.
