Somewhat depends on the person some people you just do not bother.Then some people you talk to them and they talk talk talk and just wish that they would shut up.

Some people are outcasts for a reason I have found.Either they are socially awkward in which case I agree with your opinion.If they are outcast for any other reason something is not right.

Here is the trick that no one your age will tell you: everyone feels socially awkward at that age (high school) they just do not want to admit it for fear of losing any social status they may have.
