For those laughing and saying nothing will be done, I'm right there with you.

The only one that can really do anything is China. If South Korea tries anything, or invades, that gets us involved (Both the US and UK). If that happens, China will get involved on North Korea's side. Neither we, nor China really want that. So, logically, nothing will get done. As said before...
