Open Data/Menu/menu_1024_768.ini. Scroll down to [G27 I5].

Change

Mat 0=data/menu/gui/bearing2.tga

to

Mat 0=data/menu/gui/bearing.tga.

This puts the bearing back onto the binos when you look through them
