His appeal is very unlikely to find a friendly ear in a British court. His arguments fail on several of the International Humanitarian Law which protects parties not engaged in combat and the wearing of distinguishable uniforms by combatants.

His lawyers should be whacked for contempt of court for a frivolous appeal. But that won't happen either.
