Promotion points
I am using Open Horizons II, and I have sub upgrades from the Beast.
In spite of everything, I did find a way to "cheat" on renoun. I have evey upgrade up until "The Black Pit" campain.
Here is the question, is there a way to "up" the promotion points I can award to my crew?
