Take some IPA (rubbing alcohol) and wipe of the heads. I got sick of doing this, so I bought a laser printer. How often do you print stuff? If you don't use it a lot, the ink dries up in the head/nozzle.
Good luck in cleaning that.
Some of the inkjet printers have the heads built into the cartridge, which is good.
