This was broadcasted yesterday night, Sunday late night.
In English, and with a delay of one day set up for international use, because international demand was so high on the state TV administration. Originally they claimed that the English sound had been overdubbed and was not available anymore, and the video was blocked from access outside Germany.

Usually, the mediathek links last for 7-8 days before being deleted again.
The interviewer should have spent 6 hours with Snowden, rumours say.
The interview was very well hidden in Sunday late night TV, by Gemany's 1st state TV program, ARD. They got serious fire for that. The few media commenting on that, refering to that broadcasting time as "a declaration of bancruptcy", and rated the interview as "one of the most important interviews ever held in TV history".
It seems the state TV over here cooperates closely with the NSA and other American interests. They broadcasted a talkshow about the interview BEFORE the interview was shown in late night TV. As a result, not even half of those watching the bullsh1T talkers doing their usual mouth gymnastics stayed long enough to watch the interview.
Really, they did there best to hide it.
I hate German state TV ARD and ZDF. Pure propaganda channels for the established political parties and political correctness TV, it'S rare, very rare that they can score with an independent highlight. We even must pay the state a tax for it - even if we do not even own any technical deveice that enables us to receive these programs in one way or another! Since two years, this TV tax gets collected no longer by presence of TV sets or multimedia computers, but per household, no matter what.
Praise to the Big Daddy!
