Did you run the batch file? If you did try this: run the un-install part of the batch, then delete these files: SHIII.sdb, SP2 Rez fix uninstall.bat, SP2 Rez fix.bat. They are for using with XP. The remaining two, d3d9.cfg & d3d9.dll, you leave in your SH3 directory. Open the config file and set it to the resolution you want. It is not meant for wide screen resolutions, but rather in a 4:3 res. I can tell you it works in Vista x64. I have it set at 1400 x 1050.
