I'm running Win7x64 with SH3 and GWX3.

I'm pretty sure I'm running this one: Silent Hunter Resolution Fix 1.4b

I say "pretty sure" because it's been a while since I set it up. I think I'm running 1920 x something.

You get some distortion but after a while it is unnoticeable.

The biggest problem with it is that when you mouse click out of the UZO or periscope the cursor appears on the fire button and launches a torpedo. To fix this install the Hitman Optics UI. It moves the fire button so the problem goes away.
