Sounds like your Sonar or EW isn't getting the correct classification. That happens sometimes. Generaly they can give you a class close to what it is (a Tico will occasonlay be a AB) but sometimes they are way off.
Check you TA and EW classifcations manualy if its a target you are going to be shooting at.
