It all started so well....I was breaking myself in gently by using the training missions. Lesson one get your boat out without bending anything.

All ok untill after leaving the channel I lost the Quick Controls overlay.

All I had was the full screen veiw of the boat interiors - I was at Periscope depth by now- and no apparant means of recovering it .

Only option was to bail and press ESC and end the training mission.

Was ther a shortcut key to regain the overlay ?

Trigger point was klooking at the navigation maps via the F5 key.



Also the I can no longer use the musuem after installing GW3 - it worked before but not now....


StarForce has also skewed my CD room to not recognise any disc - including SH3 itself. Have to trick it by putting the disc in the CD tray and strarting up the PC - not ideal ...
