Maybe if the police had smaller capacity mags, they would take some time to aim their shots instead of just spraying the area when there are innocents around?
Give your average cop 15 rounds and he will shoot 15 rounds
Give him 30 rounds and he will shoot 30 rounds
Give him 10 rounds and he will shoot 10 rounds
As a professional card-carrying innocent bystander, I think I am safer when the police have less ammo to spray at someone they suspect.
