Got one for Xmas from my daughters, they know I loves to read. I see this thing as an e-reader, will be awesome when I am away from home for weeks at a time. I have already hit the mega-jackpot with Amazon, they sell Collections of books from Classic authors like HG Wells, Jules Verne, Victor Hugo, Edgar Rice Burroughs, etc. where you get all of their works... for .99 to 1.99. Wow, yeah, I have dozens of great books to read!
The Kindle is a sweet machine, but the OS really limits it. Cannot even change the wallpaper
I have not tried to load Excel and Word yet, but I am guessing they do not work with Kindle? So, I was wondering, would it be possible to format the HD and load Win 7 on it ?
I could add a Kindle app and still use it for an e-reader?
