I should have thought of it before (call me silly)...
I have added a new rocket sound into OH's sh.sdl. The same file is also changed by
RPM Hydrophone. When the latter is enabled on top of OH, and the P-47 test mission is loaded, the game crashes as soon as the plane will try firing her rockets, as it can't find the referenced sound. Don't ask me why it only happens after having loaded a campaign though.
Tomorrow I will post a patch.
Is there any other common mod which overwrites OH's sh.sdl by the way?
