Hey there and please don't kill me,

been searching this and ubi forum and the download section without success.
There is one thing that pains me about SH5.

The crew management reward system is completely messed up.

1. In the beginning ability points are scarce and once you finished the first campaign they just stack up and are of no further use.

Questions:
1a) Anything I missed out in what to do with them?
2a) My LI, Nav, Torp and Radio men are shown as not 100% efficiency in 1940 I assume that is due to some enhancements to the boat that are to come giving them new abilities to drop points into? Or is that just a glitch?

2. No further decorations for the crew than the rubbish EK2.

3. Multiple award of the very same decoration for the Kaleu.

edit: 4. The Rankings of my crewmen are messed up also.
- The LI usually was a studied engineer and as all functional personnel with a study in german army they recieved officers rank. They could even be at the same military rank as the Kaleu.
- IWO was a Lieutenant or even Oberlieutenant. This post was given to experienced Lieutenants to be promoted to OLT. Just as Commander of a Sub was a post a OLT could be put on to be promoted to HPTM (Lieutenant Commander)
- IIWO was a young Lieutenant

Been awarded the EK1 7 times this never actually happened. You would have gotten a badge for repetition once which was a little metal Reichseagle worn just above the ribbon the Ek was dangeling on.

Final Question: Is there a mod that addresses this?
