I just looked at someone else quoting your post and realized I hadn't noticed the "within" part. Everyone but me seems to think you're talking about mods that modify Commander, or work with its program, and on reflection I agree. I originally thought you were referring to SH3 mods not interfering with Commander. My mistake.
