I like the mod: English to German Names M1 but have found that when installing it with GWX and SH3 Commander, it helps to add the line
765=Königsberg
after
764=Trondheim

The omission of Königsberg in the modified data\menu\en_menu.txt produces unexpected results when trying to start a career from that base!
